Summary

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning, user-friendly websites for a variety of clients. You’ll collaborate with the branding and development teams to translate client needs into engaging online experiences that align with their brand identity and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a passion for creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of current web design trends and technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Web Design: Create visually compelling website layouts and interfaces that align with client objectives, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop user-friendly interfaces that optimize functionality and improve the user journey.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with clients' brand identity, incorporating their visual guidelines, and creating cohesive digital experiences.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Design Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design concepts are executed properly and projects are delivered on time.

• Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and gathering feedback for revisions.

• Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, creating a consistent experience across platforms.

• Research & Trends: Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that Tailorversity’s designs remain innovative and cutting-edge.

• Quality Assurance: Review designs before they go live to ensure they meet Tailorversity’s high standards for visual quality, functionality, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of professional web design experience, preferably in a creative agency or digital environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your web design, UI/UX, and graphic design skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and web standards.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of web development practices (coding is not required, but understanding is beneficial).

• Strong grasp of UX principles and how they impact user interaction and engagement.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to clients and team members.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail with a focus on creating visually appealing, high-quality designs.

• Creativity, innovation, and passion for staying ahead of web design trends.
