PRIORITY CLIENT

At Talorversity, we value every client, but we understand that some clients may require expedited services or more frequent support. To accommodate these needs, we offer a Priority Client program. Below are the guidelines on how to become a Priority Client and the benefits associated with this status.

Eligibility Criteria

To become a Priority Client, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Annual Spending: Clients who commit to an annual contract with a minimum spending threshold of $10,000 and or 8 or more projects completed.

  • Subscription to Premium Services: Clients who subscribe to our Premium or Unlimited Marketing Packages, including our 6-month or 12-month plans.

  • Long-Term Partnership: Clients with a working relationship with Talorversity for over two years, consistently engaging in projects or services.

  • Referral-Based Entry: Clients who are referred by existing Priority Clients and meet the standard engagement requirements.

  • Direct Access to Your Account Manager: You will have direct access to your account manager via phone or text, even outside of regular business hours.

  • Expedited Service: Your requests will be prioritized, ensuring faster turnaround times.

  • Exclusive Consultation Opportunities: You will have access to exclusive one-on-one consultations with senior team members, including our lead web designer and branding expert, Damica and Sri.

  • Early Access to New Services: Priority Clients receive early notifications and access to new services and offerings before they are made available to the general public.

  • Customized Solutions: We offer tailored solutions and strategies that align specifically with your business goals

How to Apply

To apply for Priority Client status, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the Application Form: Click Here

  • Initial Consultation: Once your application is received, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your specific needs and how we can best support you.

  • Review and Approval: Your application will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of your status within 5 business days.

  • Onboarding: Upon approval, you will receive a welcome packet detailing all your benefits and how to make the most of your Priority Client status.
