Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to hiring candidates who meet the needs of our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for creative, technical, and operational roles, with a deep understanding of effective sourcing techniques and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about matching great talent with great opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including web design, development, branding, and operational positions, both for internal hires and client needs.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure successful placements.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to source qualified candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring that Tailorversity can meet future hiring needs efficiently.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting & Advertising: Craft compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract the best talent.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers and manage negotiations to ensure mutual satisfaction between candidates and clients.
Recruitment Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
Experience recruiting for web design, branding, technical, and operational roles.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
